Barclaycard Portal

Taking over Hyde Park for several days in the summer, The Wireless Festival is a music festival owned and managed by Live Nation.

Sponsored by Barclaycard in 2012, live event and brand experience specialists (heart) Productions commissioned HUB to develop a captive portal for the Barclaycard-run competition promoting contact-less payment technology.




The application, presented on large touchscreens within the (heart)-produced experience, allowed festival goers to quickly enter a competition, one prize of which was an RFID lanyard allowing for contactless payment of food and drink around the festival.
